Terms

The short version

Use it for your own coursework. Don't abuse it. We'll do our best to read your syllabi correctly, but you are responsible for your own deadlines.

Your account

You need to be 13 or older. One account per person, for your own studies. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is yours — and tell us if you think someone else has it.

Accuracy

We extract deadlines automatically and we get things wrong sometimes, which is exactly why every parse goes through a review screen and why dates we inferred are marked as estimates. Always check against your course page before relying on a date. Missing an assignment is on you, not on us.

Plans and payment

Your first syllabus is free, with its full calendar, for as long as you like. Prices for the rest are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout, before you pay.

The semester and full year plans are one-time payments — four months and twelve months of access — and end on their own, with nothing to cancel. Buying again while one is running adds to the time you have; it never replaces it.

The monthly plan is a subscription: it renews automatically each month, at the price you saw at checkout, until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings — you keep every day you've paid for and the plan simply stops at the end of that month. If the monthly price ever changes, we'll email you before the new price applies to you.

If a payment fails, or a plan ends, or you never pay again, every course, deadline and grade you have stays exactly where it is, readable and exportable. You just can't add to it until you have a plan again.

Refunds

If it didn't work for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you. No form to fill in.

Your content

Your syllabi remain yours. You give us permission to process them for the purpose of running your account, and nothing else. Only upload material you're allowed to have — your own course documents are exactly that.

Fair use

Don't try to break in, scrape, overload or resell the service, share your calendar feed link or school connection with anyone, or use TT to do anything your school would call cheating. We can close an account that does any of these.

The service

We'll keep TT Planner running and improving, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees — it can be down, and it can be wrong. Our liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the last twelve months. We may change or retire features; if we ever shut the service down we'll give you notice and time to export your data.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and for anything that matters we'll email you. Using TT Planner after that means you accept the new terms.
