The short version

Use it for your own coursework. Don't abuse it. We'll do our best to read your syllabi correctly, but you are responsible for your own deadlines.

Accuracy

We extract deadlines automatically and we get things wrong sometimes, which is exactly why every parse goes through a review screen and why dates we inferred are marked as estimates. Always check against your course page before relying on a date. Missing an assignment is on you, not on us.

Payment

The semester plan is a one-time payment covering four months; it ends on its own with nothing to cancel. The monthly plan renews until you cancel it, which you can do any time from Settings. If a plan lapses your data stays intact and readable — you just can't edit until you renew.

Refunds

If it didn't work for you, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you. No form to fill in.

Your content

Your syllabi remain yours. You give us permission to process them for the purpose of running your account, and nothing else.
