Plain version: we store your syllabi and the deadlines we pull out of them, so we can show you a calendar. That's it.

What we store

Your email, the syllabus files you upload, the courses and deadlines extracted from them, and anything you add yourself. If you set up study scheduling, we also store the availability you tell us about.

Your files

Uploaded syllabi live in private storage that only your account can reach. We keep them so you can re-read a syllabus if we got something wrong. Delete a course and its file goes with it.

AI processing

Syllabus text is sent to Anthropic's API to extract structured data. It is not used to train models. Grades, dates and point totals are computed in our own code, never by a model — arithmetic should not be guessed at.

Your calendar feed

If you subscribe your phone's calendar, that URL contains a secret token. Anyone with the link can read your deadlines, so don't share it — and you can revoke and regenerate it any time from Settings.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account. It removes your database rows and your stored files. It is immediate and it is not recoverable. You can export everything as JSON first.

Connecting your school's calendar

If you connect your school in Settings, you paste a calendar feed link your LMS generated for you — Canvas, Brightspace, Blackboard or Moodle. Our servers read that link on a schedule to find new and changed assignments. It is read-only, it is a link you can revoke at your school or disconnect here, and we never ask for your school password or sign in as you. That link is itself a secret: anyone holding it can read your deadlines, so we store it privately and never show it again after you paste it.

Email support.ttplanner@gmail.com for anything — a question, a bug, a request to see or delete your data, or a problem with a payment. You can also export or delete everything yourself from Settings without asking us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we never ask for your school password, we never sign in as you, and we don't run advertising trackers.
